For each of our SIM only plans, you must make sure the device you are using is compatible with the frequencies of the network used. For more help with this, please contact us via our Live Chat at the bottom right corner of your page. 

After inserting the SIM into your device, you may need to setup the APN, or Access Point Name. See Wikipedia for more information about APNs: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_Point_Name

Generally, you can setup the APN on your device via the modem's setting menu. Some modems don't have a settings menu, and you must use a SSH / Telnet client in order to change settings.
