If you no longer need your service, you can contact the UnlimitedIRL Team via our Live Chat at the bottom right corner of any page on our website. 

We can not provide prorated refunds on service. If you cancel your service and have grandfathered or promotional pricing, you will be unable to resume service at the same rate later. 

If you have devices from us with deposits, you do not need to return them if you would like to reactivate service at a later date. You can simply message us again via our Live Chat to restore service when you are ready. 

We are unable to reactivate service remotely on some of our plans. If you have our Worldwide Plan or our Complete Worldwide Data Kit, you will need to purchase SIM only plans when you'd like to restore service. You can purchase them here: https://www.unlimitedirl.com/plans?q=third
